Context
While at Razorfish, I was part of an interdiscplinary team brought on by SHC to completely revamp their website. Our approach was to radically simplify the site, implementing a search-driven, task-focused strategy that improved how patients connect with doctors, clinics, and clinical trials.
Good to Know
The solution we created was simple and task-focused, had a clear hierarchy while being flexible and responsive. The site used an extensive design system, built on goal-oriented page templates, with clear pathways to key tasks and important and useful information.
